If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Returns are generally not accepted for custom-made or personalized Aipan designs, as these products are specially created according to customer requirements.

If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
